Thank you to my many friends and family members who have faithfully donated to my local MS ride (The Escape to the Lake) and to my longer rides with Bike the US for MS. This year I will be cycling from Boston to Cape Cod for BTUSFMS and participating in The Escape to the Lake. Again as in past years I will attempt to ride 100 miles on the first day. This is a challenging option because of the 6,000 feet of elevation gain. At the age of 73, it's  quite a struggle for this old man.  I will also be a route leader for Bike the US for MS's bike rides from from Jacksonville, FLA to Key West (590 miles) and Pittsburgh to Washington, DC (335 miles). My goal remains the same and that is to raise as much money as I can in the fight to bring an end to MS.
