A Good Day In Conshohocken

I’ve been fighting this cold for the last three days and it has sapped some of my energy. However, my spirits were lifted greatly by a visit from Makiala, Mike, Maura and Devon. They traveled to Conshohocken and took me to dinner and brought the whole team some great healthy food and snacks. They’re the best! It was so good to see my girls and their guys.

This morning they saw me off and it made my day so much better. The ride was beautiful and we crossed into New Jersey at noon. We rode along the Delaware River to Phillipsburg, NJ.

I’m really beat tonight and just want to go to sleep. Hopefully my blog will be a little more exciting as I begin to feel better.
